Payment
All bills submitted to client by M.Bookspan are due on receipt, unless M.Bookspan has agreed to other payment arrangements.
Appointment Deposit Requirement
To secure your appointment, M.Bookspan requires a 1-hour deposit [as of 1 February 2010 that amount is $150 USD]. The deposit must be paid at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. The deposit will appear on your invoice as a payment against your invoice total. Please see the Appointment Cancellation section below for policy on refunding the deposit. You may submit the deposit here.
Appointment Cancellation
Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting the Appointment Deposit as described above. In the event that the cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the Appointment Deposit serves as a non-refundable late cancellation fee.
Cancellations may be emailed or called in to (407) 756-7301. In the event that the client receives M.Bookspan's voicemail, a cancellation message must be left.
Onsite Service
Onsite service is available. Onsite appointments within Orlando require a two-hour minimum. Clients outside Orlando may request a quote for onsite service.
